Our Terms & Conditions are as follows:

Please ensure that you have read all terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase.
By purchasing any item, you have agreed to the exclusive terms and conditions governing the sales between the Customer and PI Operations (PIO).

1.0      Orders

1.1    All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by PIO.

1.2    We reserve the right to change prices without notice. PIO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount paid. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders.

2.0      Prices

2.1    For all Australian orders, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) 
For each online order, you must pay:  

2.1.a     The applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by PIO;

2.1.b     The delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.

2.2    For all Non-Australian (International) orders, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
For each online order, you must pay:  

2.2.a     The applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by PIO

2.2.b     The delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.

2.2.c      For larger than normal items, you may be contacted after your purchase for an adjustment to the postage price.

2.2.d     (If applicable) any customs duties and taxes applicable to your countries law. These fees will be charged to you via your countries authorities once you receive the item.

3.0      Delivery & Shipping

3.1    We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once funds have cleared, most items will be dispatched the following business day.

3.2    Orders will be delivered to the address specified by you.

3.3    Deliveries will be made to you by Australia Post.

3.4    While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery. In addition, this does not constitute a return nor a refund.

3.5    Goods damaged while in transit will be processed as per clause 8.5

4.0      Availability

4.1    Every effort will be made to satisfy your order. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you at the earliest convenience.

4.2    In this instance, your order will either be placed on back order, or you will be issued with a store credit note or a refund.

5.0      Pictures & Product Descriptions:

5.1    Pictures are for illustrative purposes only.

5.2    Whilst every effort is made to make product descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.

5.3    Various computers and pre-set screen resolutions, may cause product misrepresentations. This may be caused by the angle the photo was taken, the camera flash, etc.

5.4    If your purchase is of a very specific nature, and you require clarification on any item specifications, please contact our office via email before making your purchase.

6.0      Payment Details

6.1    PIO requires that all purchases are to be paid in full at time of purchase.

6.2    If payment is not received within this period, you shall be notified via email. If no response is received within 24hrs, your unpaid order will be automatically cancelled.

6.3    For online purchases we accept the following Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) as the only method of payment.

6.4    As we do not offer Pick-Ups, Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) is not a payment option.

6.5    Full Payment Instructions will be provided to you in the checkout.

6.6    Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

7.0      Secure Credit Card Payments & Refunds

7.1    For security reasons we do not keep your credit card details on record.

7.2    Once your transaction has been completed, we do not have access to your credit card information. This is strictly regulated by the banking authorities.

7.3    If a refund is required, and payment was made by credit card, in some instances we may have to refund the amount paid into a bank account.

7.4    Your credit card details are safe and secure. All credit card information is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.

7.5    There are times, where we may have to contact you to verify you as the card holder.

8.0      Returns Policy, Order Cancellation & Warranties

8.1    Individual product warranties apply from the date of purchase.

8.1.a     Any items returned for warranty, must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.

8.2    Once the returned item is tested, if found to be faulty, we shall issue you with a returns voucher for the same value.

8.3    Once the returned item is tested, if found not be faulty, a reissue fee of 20% of the item price plus postage will be payable by the customer before we re-dispatch the items.

8.4    All events such as physical damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product from being accepted as a fault under warranty.

8.5    Items "Damaged in Transit":  You must contact us within 24 hours of remittance. These items will be replaced at no cost to you provided the necessary procedures have been adopted.

8.5.a     Any items returned due to damage in transit, must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.

8.6    If a registered service is not used, and/or we do not receive the returned item, then we will assume no responsibility for the loss.

8.7    Your return will be processed at the earliest possible opportunity once we have received your item and the necessary proof of purchase.

8.8    We reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods and to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession.

8.9    Items purchased in error: It is the buyers responsibility to return any items to us at their cost. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. These items shall be calculated at less 20%, and a store voucher issued for the balance.

 

8.10  If you wish to cancel your order you must advise us before the item has been posted and you will receive a full refund less 10%. This is the administration fee that will be charged.

8.11  Postage fees are non-refundable.

9.0      Liability

9.1    PIO shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or directly in connection with the Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is not possible to limit or exclude liability.

9.2    PIO expressly excludes liability for consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

10.0    Changes To Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with, or accept delivery of any goods from PIO

11.0    Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12.      Privacy Policy

12.1  At PIO, we understand our customer's concerns about their personal information and how it is collected and used. We want to assure you that we are committed to protecting and handling our client's privacy securely and carefully.

12.2  For PIO to process your order, we need information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. Other information will also be collected with your permission from time to time. This will normally include preferences such as likes or dislikes.

12.3  Your Personal Information:

12.3.a   This will be collected when you log on, place an order or register with us.

12.3.b   This will not be collected when you visit our web site and surf our product list.

12.3.c    When you place an order and/or register your details with us, you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, e-mail address, mailing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions and phone number.

12.3.d   The information we collect about our clients is used to process orders and to personalise their shopping experience.

12.3.e   Your personal information will not be shared, sold, rented or bartered to any third party without your permission.
